Winter Baseball Clinic

Boys and Girls Ages 5-13

Tuesday 12/26 to Thursday 12/28

10am to 3pm

Cost: $120 per player

(Includes lunch and a T-shirt)

Offensive Skills:  Swing Analysis, basic hitting mechanics, balance, approach, bat speed, bunting, situational hitting, pitch recognition, base running, sliding, questions and answer session. (Also, speed and agility drills.)

Defensive Skills:  Throwing mechanics, playing catch the right way, fielding ground balls, footwork, position specific drills, question and answer session.

Day and Time:  5pm to 6:30pm

Location:  La Habra THZ

Cost:  $20 per player

Ages:  6 to 15 only

Players will work on fundamentals and mechanics from basic to more advanced concepts.  Different drills and proper repetition (foot work and balance) will be used by the instructors to help improve the pitchers speed and control to allow the pitcher to gain confidence in their delivery.

The instructor will focus on the four C's:  Command - Control - Confidence/Composure - Chemistry
