Don't let the end of the season stop you from working on your skills.  The "Summer Slammers" clinic is designed to help players of all ages and skill levels keep the skills they worked on during the season and to help develop new and improved skills.  The players will work on speed/agility drills to warm them up for the fielding portion that will work on throwing, fielding ground balls and, most importantly, footwork, footwork and more footwork.  After the fielding, the players will work on their hitting skills for the second half of the class.  The instructors will help each hitter by breaking down their swing and helping them develop the proper mechanics for a more consistent swing.  If you need additional information or have questions please contact Coach Eddie at the Hitting Zone.

Day and Time:  5pm to 6:30pm

Location:  La Habra THZ

Cost:  $20 per player

Ages:  6 to 15 only

Players will work on fundamentals and mechanics from basic to more advanced concepts.  Different drills and proper repetition (foot work and balance) will be used by the instructors to help improve the pitchers speed and control to allow the pitcher to gain confidence in their delivery.

The instructor will focus on the four C's:  Command - Control - Confidence/Composure - Chemistry
